يتم تنفيذ جميع المنتجات في متجرنا من قبل شركائنا الموثوقين.

مدة التجهيز:

تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال 1-2 يوم عمل قبل الشحن.

مدة الشحن:

دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة: 1-3 يوم عمل

دول الخليج (GCC): 3-7 أيام عمل

الشحن الدولي: 7-15 يوم عمل

التتبع:

بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستصلك رسالة بريد إلكتروني تحتوي على رقم تتبع الشحنة.

يُرجى ملاحظة:

أوقات الشحن المذكورة تقديرية وقد تختلف بسبب الطلب المرتفع أو العطلات أو ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا. نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي تأخير ناتج عن الجمارك أو خدمات البريد.

المنتجات المفقودة أو التالفة:

إذا وصل طلبك تالفًا أو فُقد أثناء الشحن، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ التسليم المتوقع وسنعمل على حل المشكلة.
